Stanton Miller was born as an idea to recreate the way recruitment
agencies work. We are based in London, although recruit all over the
UK and internationally. Following 20 years of experience working for
leading agencies as their UK's top consultants, we wanted to create an environment which didn't focus on sales and targets, but instead have the leading agents working together as a team with one goal in mind: to have
the most incredible network of people and to find you the best people out
there to work for you or to find you the best role. We believe in combining warmth and informality to make the process exciting and as smooth as
possible, always thriving to exceed expectations. Having grown purely
through word of mouth over the last 11 years we are delighted to have
achieved our goal and we are looking forward to supporting you in
